Squad sessions 0

Everyone gears themselves and pays their own share. Two online payments confirm the hour; if a squad cannot pay online, confirm it here and take the money at the desk.

LIVE NOW
STARTING SOON

Hit & down cue

A short sound and a buzz in the player's own ear when they take a hit or go down. It plays on the radio page, where they already have headphones in. Nobody hears anybody else's.

The plate took it and the player lost no health, so it is the one hit they cannot feel. A different, brighter sound, so it does not read as blood.

Why there is no "you hit someone" sound. With gel blasters the vest reports the shot as coming from nobody — the shooter's id is 0 on every gel hit, and only the infrared path carries it. So the arena genuinely does not know who fired, and a cue that guessed would be wrong often enough to be worse than silence. It becomes possible the day the venue runs IR guns.

Spy pass

Someone solved the puzzle? Tap them, tap how long. They get that many seconds on the enemy channel, unseen. It starts when they press their button and cuts off by itself.

Measure the field Not measured yet

Walk the ground once with this page open on a phone. Everything that draws a player on a map uses what you save here.
Arena
Walk the corners in order and press at each one: first left, first right, last right, last left. The size it reports is how you know it took.

Current app versions

A phone running an older build than this is told so, with a link to the new one. Leave a version blank and nobody is told anything.

What players can see

The kill switches. Turn a feature off here and every player phone hides it on its next sync, with no app update and no deploy. Turn it back on and it returns just as fast.

Will it reach a phone?

Three things have to be true. This says which of them are, so silence after sending has a reason rather than a mystery.

First look

The first time a new player opens the app, four short steps show where booking, their level, the team radio and the bell are. Once per phone.

Send a notification

Live preview: everyone's bell
Exactly how it lands. Switch fields and watch it change.

Phone notifications moved

Sending a notification to everybody’s phone now lives with the rest of the app’s controls, together with a card that tells you whether it will actually arrive.

Confirm & remind

Opens WhatsApp with the message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send, so you always see it first.

We miss you

People who came, enjoyed it, and have not been back. The cheapest booking you will ever get.

Sponsor callbacks

Somebody filled the form on occupyzone.com/sponsors and asked YOU to ring them. Nothing here sends anything: it is your call list. Ring or WhatsApp from the buttons, then mark it. You can un-mark it or delete it.

Payment links

Full payment at booking. Paste your own links once and every booking can be sent a ready-made payment message.
These are your own accounts, and I cannot create them for you. Once they are here, the “Payment” button on any booking writes the whole message. Payment” button on any booking writes the whole message.

The emails we send

Every message the venue sends, shown exactly as it arrives, with sample data. To change the wording, edit the matching file in radio-server/mail/ and press Refresh. No deploy is needed.

Emails that went out

The last few attempts, newest first. This is a diagnostic and it clears when the server restarts. It is not an archive, and no message bodies are kept.

Orders to hand over 0

Someone redeemed points and is standing at the counter with a code. Find it, give them the thing, mark it collected.

Award points by hand

Sessions award themselves when you close a booking. Use this for anything else: a referral, a birthday, an apology.

Points waiting for their owner 0

Numbers that earned points and that no account holds yet. The points stay on the number until somebody signs up with it, and then they are theirs.

Points in circulation

Unspent points are a liability: they are things you owe. Watch this number.

Shop catalogue

What players can spend points on. Leave it empty to use the built-in set.

Gift cards

Sell a code loaded with points. Whoever redeems it gets the points, and a customer who already paid walks in.

Tournament

Seed teams by their Fair Play rating, then tap a winner to advance them. The bracket shows live on the big screen.

Balance a session

Pick a booking and the system splits the squad into two even teams using each player's rating. New players are matched with new players.

Record a match result

Normally the arena app sends this automatically. Use this if you are running a match manually.
Ratings move on the result; kills and deaths from the app fine-tune it.

Match replay

Every elimination in a saved match, with the second it happened. Use it to settle a dispute: a kill marked with ? was estimated, not reported by the vest.

Photo booth

Snap the team after a match. It attaches to the booking so every player finds it in their match history and can download it.

Match card

After a match every player can share a picture of it: win or loss, their numbers, and where on the body they were hit. It is drawn from the match itself.

Team finder queue 0

People waiting to be matched into a squad. When a group is ready, one press turns it into a booking.

Ratings

Messages from players

Anything a player sends the venue from the app: a question, something broken, or an idea. Answering here reaches them in the app.

Chat rooms

A room the whole venue can talk in, on your topic rather than a match. Anyone signed in can read; only people who have played here can write.

Match board

Challenges players posted. Only somebody who has played here can post one. Take a row down if it does not belong.

People in chat

Everyone who has spoken in a room. Open one to read everything they said and to give them a timeout, a ban, or nothing at all.

Pictures in chat

What players have posted in THIS room, newest first. Taking one down removes the message and deletes the file. It is not just hidden from the list.

What is being said

One room at a time: pick it above. Read it the way a player would, and take down anything that does not belong.

Offers on the site

What a visitor sees on the homepage before they book. Leave it empty and the section does not show at all, because an empty offers strip is worse than none.

Everything else you already have

These are not new. They are the tools that were spread across four screens, with what is in each right now.

What you can give a player

Switch these on to grant memberships or XP from a player’s card. They apply to the whole venue, not to one person.

Player Accounts 0 total

Every account players create, anywhere and on any device, shows here. Edit details, adjust points, grant a mission, reset a password, or remove an account.

Squads

Players create these from the app. The record is computed from real matches. It is not stored and cannot be edited. Renaming or closing a squad is written to the audit log.

Vests & receivers

Which vest numbers each receiver answers. Booking uses this to give every squad its vests, and it keeps one squad on one receiver wherever it can. A vest's own number is set with the remote: Number, the new number, Confirm, then switch the vest off and on.

Arenas

Every arena the venue runs. The name here is what staff see on the control screen and what the big screen shows on the wall. Turn one off while it is being rebuilt and it disappears from the control screen without losing its history.

The letter is the arena's permanent id. It is written into every match, so it never changes once matches have been played. The name can be changed any time.

Arena cameras

A TV bolted to the wall has no useful camera of its own. Add the arena's own cameras once here and every big screen can cycle through them.

An MJPEG or snapshot URL the screens can reach on the venue's own network. http:// or https:// only.

Champions board on the big screen

Between matches the big screen shows the top ten of tonight and of this week, ranked the same way as the website's leaderboard.

—Tonight starts at the opening hour, so a game at 1 AM still counts for tonight. The week starts on Saturday.

Arena stations

Medic posts, ammo crates, air drops and revive points. Each one is a phone mounted at that spot running /station. It picks which station it is, once, and remembers it. A row needs a name and a type to count.

Stream overlay (for OBS)

Add /stream as a 1920×1080 Browser Source in OBS. Preview it with a demo match first.

Live bomb round

What the prop is doing right now, and everything staff need to run it. The codes are drawn on the phone and sent here at the start of the round. Staff can also read them on the arena control screen, and no player can reach either.

Run the round from here

The prop obeys these. It asks the server for orders every couple of seconds, so a button press lands when the phone next speaks — if it has gone quiet the buttons refuse rather than queueing a command nobody will run. Plant and Defuse are overrides: they end the same way a real one does, and the round records that staff did it.

Give a code to the players

Three ways, from gentlest to bluntest. A HINT unlocks one stage of the puzzle and nothing else. YOUR OWN CODE is a number you pick that works in place of whichever code the phase is asking for. The round’s real codes are above — reading one out ends that side’s puzzle.

The board they are looking at

Redrawn here from the round's seed -- the same wires, the same numbers, the same rule the squad has in their hands. So a hint can be "cut the third one from the top" instead of reading out the answer and ending the puzzle. Give the HINT CODE only when they are properly stuck: it unlocks the stage they are on and nothing more.

C4 prop

The rules the bomb phone obeys. They used to be steppers on the phone itself, and that phone gets put down on an objective, so whoever picked it up first could change the fuse and read the code. The codes are drawn fresh every round and appear in the control room, never on the prop.

About one wire stage in three shows the board on the bomb and the RULE on the station phone in the middle of the field.

A wrong wire burns time off the fuse. It does not detonate. A one-in-four guess deciding a five-minute round is a coin toss, not a game.

Pricing

Memberships

What each plan costs a month and what it gives. Staff grant a membership from a player's account; this is what they are granting. Leave a number alone and it keeps whatever the game ships next.

Loyalty tiers

What a player has to earn to reach each tier, and what the tier is worth. The multiplier is how much faster they earn once they are in it. The discount comes off the gear on a booking, never the arena hour.

What earns points

What a player gets for doing each thing, before their tier multiplier. Set one to 0 to stop paying for it and keep it on the list; retire it to take it out of the pickers staff use.

Peak hours

An exclusive hour on a Friday night is the scarcest thing you sell. This adds to the per-player price on those hours only. Leave it at 0 and nothing changes.

Time slots: open and close

Open Held Closed Maintenance Private Booked Has a note
Tap any time to open it, hold it, close it, send it for maintenance, or book it on the spot.
Nothing is fixed to the hourly list: any date, any minute becomes bookable.

Venue hours

The hours the booking grid offers, here and on the website. Closing may be after midnight: it is the hour you STOP taking bookings, so 2 AM means the last session starts at 1 AM.

Gear and props you buy for the venue: a vest, a pack, a flag. Give it a photo, or pick a mark if it does not have one. These are added to what already ships; nothing here replaces it. GUNS ARE NOT HERE: they live in the Armoury, with their own profile, price and age.

Kill call-outs: the words and the voice

What a player hears in their ear when they get a kill. The WORDS are yours to change. The VOICE is the thing that decides whether it sounds like a game or like a robot. The phone’s speech engine is the fallback and always will be, so record the line yourself, or upload an MP3 if you get someone to voice it. A tier with no recording still speaks; it just sounds like what it is.

Where your data lives

One shared database is the goal: every screen reads and writes the same place. This tells you whether this device is talking to the cloud server or only to itself.

Backup & Restore

Download everything (bookings, sales, expenses, settings, inventory, staff, leaderboard) as one file, or restore it later or on another device.

Staff write access

Without this token the server accepts nothing you change here: prices, slots and content would look saved but never leave this browser. Paste it once per device; it is stored on this device only and never synced.

Demo data

Fills the whole system with a believable venue: players, bookings, points, ratings, match history, orders waiting at the counter. Everything becomes clickable so you can decide what to keep before any of it is real.
